    I do not take calcuim! I get tested for iron levels... and am always just a little low. My main point is my grandmother took calcium forever. And had a masive heart attack. Why she took it IDK. But she would send it to me and also. And I would throw it out. Thank goodness. Grandma was the perfect sign of health, still taking walks at 85. Trying to incourage my poor grandfather, who was born with 1 chamber of his heart not working. And at 76 was sent home to die because his heart was too tired...

    I'm not disagreeing with the information here, but when we talk about studies & research or published findings, you gotta ask yourself who funded it, nothing about the system we find ourselves in, will do or say or suggest ANYTHING that's in our best intrest. Look what's been to our food & water by design on purpose by the same one's funding all of these studies & research.

    If the bones you use for making bone broth are not from grassfed, pasture raised animals, then the bone broth will be inflammatory. Store bought bones come from feed lot animals filled with corn, fillers and other foreign ingredients.

    I've taken iron and vitamin a for a month, simply because I'm deficient in everything... the trick is not to over do it, and make sure that you use vitamin c with iron and pace your zince, magnesium and copper away feom iron... i took vitamin a for a month in low doses because i could barely see in moderate light! This has helped substantially... but now focusing on everything else.

    i jog 4 miles per day, sometimes 5, and my knees are fine.. But my right knee pops about 12-20 times per day when I am just walking around the house.. It does not hurt at all, unless I squat down like a catcher to pet my cat,,,, It hurts so bad I cannot squat at all, but running does not bother it at all, or the popping either,, its just really weird.

    I'm 62 and I take retinal-A to shrink the pores. There is no vitamin-A in carrots. Just Beta carotene which does not give the full advantages of real vitamin-A . If the body has the proper minerals Retinal wont have any negative effects. Also your vegan alternatives to calcium will leave you with weak breakable bones.

    If you go to a good, local grocery store and take the time to cook your own food, there is no need to take supplements of any kind. Open your wallet and buy quality over quantity. You may think prices and inflation have made everything more expensive, but compared to the expense of a prolonged illness, good health is the best bargain you will ever find.

    What about zink, selenium, q10, quersetin, b-complex and probatics, wonder no meateater 69 years old swedish woman, take mangnesium, D3, omega3 and C-vitamins. Want to take k2 but do not no if I should betablocker and asperin like bloodthinner for my Afib, and eat vegatables and fresh garlic, ginger and tumric almost every day so is k2 ok ? Drink wather, carrot and beeatjuice every morning but Non alcohol but lots of strong lattes and smoke about 6-8 cigeretts a day( I no should'nt smoke🙄 So any advise about the k2?

    Gly-nac, 1 aspirin, evening Primrose, a veggie multi, 1 low dose Boron which helps the body absorb nutrients when we get older. Eat dark Greens, Drink Distilled water - wash food with it, cook with it, rinse with it, use it to make all drinks, a glass of it with lemon juice. Rain water is distilled. Common. Ive been doing it for 15 years. SUN LIGHT is the best D. Get the morning light. Exercise. 0 sugar, I MEAN 0. Walk bare foot in the grass or on dirt. Put the phone down and listen to the birds. Calcium binds with the junk in your kidneys so you can pass it. "I" dry my egg shells, crush them and powder them in a dedicated coffee grinder. "I" have been eating RAW eggs since I was 10yo I'm 57. Morning breakfast - I blend - Live probiotic yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, banana, 1 raw egg, tsp powdered eggshell (100% pure calcium) chia seed milk = Omega 3 that I make, tsp of spirulina. Is it gritty? Yep, but you get used to it. A tsp is very little. Replacing a hip or kidney transplants are much more inconvenient. I put a pinch of organic Dulse flakes from the ATLANTIC ONLY (look it up) on my tongue and wash it down with the shake. Followed by eating 1tbsp of raw unsalted sesame seeds - for hair loss, 1tbsp raw unsalted almonds, 1tbsp raw unsalted pumpkin seeds - prostate/zinc, 1tbsp raw unsalted cashews that I roast because I like them. THE BRAIN IS MADE OF FAT. EAT FAT. Bison is the best meat YUMMY. I do not drink milk. I make my own organic oat milk. NONE OF THIS IS HARD. BEDSORES are hard.       you may want to do search on this 👉is your d3 toxic? "Yes, rat poison uses cholecalciferol, vitamin D3, because it's toxic to rats. Rat baits are laced with D3 as it is fairly effective as a poison." about 10 years ago i went to the store to find rat poison and there was only one ingredient in it at the time 👉"cholecalciferol" not laced with it, but the whole ingredient.
